Every year, Happy Family Night Market gathers emerging artists, chefs, scholars, and social entrepreneurs to celebrate the Asian diaspora through food, art, and education. • Have a flexible attitude

  • Have strong verbal communication skills

  • Are reliable and resourceful

  • Are available to commit to a 4-8 hour shift over the course of 3 days before, during, and after the event.

  • Are able to attend the Volunteer Orientation 2 weeks prior to the event

  • Have good English language comprehension (other languages a +)

Some volunteer tasks include:

  • Engaging with a community of Asian chefs, artists, educators, and entrepreneurs.

  • Providing hands-on support for workshops on farming, fermentation, taxidermy, weaving, cooking, and more

  • Assisting in art installations, stage prep for music performances, and more
